it seemed like all the tourists visting lancaster county were satmar. they seemed to have made an organized trip of it and they asked lots of questions on the tour of the farmhouse and were very interested. i think it would have been more apropriate for the amish to visit williamsburg instead of crown heights. the satmar have more in common. most lubavitichers speak primarily english and are quite americanized. satmar speak yiddish and live much further apart from the american culture
