Egypt is not a democracy and has bad record of human rights abuses to it's own people.
Lieberman may not be liked by some but he cannot dictate what he wants or would like, in a democracy there are checks and balances for this, and in end he will be as pragmatic as needed. He does however speak for many Israelis whoes lack of trust for the Arabs (speak Arabic ,and then something else in English. We speak Arabic too - or back Sudan's president to the hilt and his murder of 300,000 people ignored) Palestinian Mks use this double talk too, as does Egypt. Israelis are only more honest and open and their fears and mistrusts are not unjustified.
