On the one hand he is right, Ha-Shem has declared if anyone within the boundaries of Israel is found with chametz during pesach they are to forfeit their lot and be removed from Israel forever. I mean come on y'all are you Jewish or not? On the other hand if you don't go near the store during the Passover you aren't contaminating yourself with chametz or kazayit so you are in accordance to the passover law. You may try influencing the Knesset (as this man is surely trying) to make it illegal for this business to be open during Pesach. I think his stripping naked also violates mitzvot and I would hope he finds a better way to execute this peacefull protest, but his protest is important enough, because it draws attention to the need to honor Pesach and remember why we are all here today.
