1. Egypt police works against his country's lawُ

the law in Egypt does not prohibit Cash transfer by persons across the border, as long as it is declared. Neither does the law forbid the possession of foreign country cash in Egypt. So, correct me if I am wrong: Cairo is more than 400 km from Rafah crossing into Gaza; isn't it!

according to Ynet, it seems the man confessed. So the police was right in detaining him. Anyway, I don't know about Egyptian law, but I believe that no transfer of cash is allowed to hamass, even if declared.

Who cares about the money. Terrorists all. Lock them all up. After what they did in my country in Mumbai that is Bombay they deserve nothing. A two stae solutions- Pakistan and India- does not work. Israel throw them out of your country. We should "send" them to Pakistan. Actually a 2 sate solution is not a bad idea. You can themn throw them all out and have a Jewish state. Too bad that can not be done in my country. We have millions to throw out. You have only 1 million to dael with. Throw all the terrorists out! Get rid of them. Ramish
7. Israel in control of the Egypt-Gaza border crossing.
Robert Bernier ,   Tel Aviv   (04.12.09)
Israel should make no concessions to Hamas. The Egypt-Gaza border crossing should be exclusively under the control of Israel. The only second possibility should be the free choice of the inhabitant of Gaza to emigrat to other Arab countries (most of these countries are not very populated and can easily integrate them). The time has come for these people to stop with politics and terrorism and search for a solution for their families based on well-being and peace. That is the real solution as explained at : http://xrl.us/bi5c8
