Bankrupt the PA and Hamas by suing them for all the lives they have lost by war crime attacks against Israelis. Keep taking the payment sums out of the monies to be transferred to the PA and pretty soon they will be reaping what they sow. No terror = funds. Terror = no funds.
2. Please

do something positive with the money. When we lost our Daniel to a terrorist suicide bomber, we endowed a scholarship fund in his name, designated for children who have lost a parent in one of Israel's wars or to an act of terror. It is a gift that keeps on giving. Daniel will live forever, and that's a good thing.

The Israeli govenment went to court to defend its right to fund terrorists. Fascinating. Government authority is more important than citizens right to due process against vilent attacks. Interesting. i wonder if the government ever listens to itself and does any moral introspection.
6. If all victims sued the terrorists wouldn't have a penny.

Normal people never really let go of the loss of a child. Particularly when the child is lost under horrific circumstances. I realize that not everyone feels this away -- and that there are Palestinian mothers and fathers who SELL their children to various terrorist organizations for use as suicide bombers. But that isn't normal, Pal Pal, is it? It's actually quite depraved.

10. #4 I don't understand...
Aaron ,   SF, USA   (05.05.09)
...Sarah's response was not about blame, anger, hate, or grief. It was about taking a loss and turning it into something that can help future people in the same position. Precisely, about the fact that even when death occurs, life goes on and we move forward. The spirit of the dead can live on. But, it is great to use your comment towards the Palestinians who hold onto false notions of angry immigrants forcefully expelling their parents out of their homes 61 years ago. Let it go!
11. Freedom of movement
Hawthorne ,   USA   (05.05.09)
Biden wants freedom of movement for the Arabs in the West Bank. Why should Israelis suffer as martyrs until the next suicide bombing to please Biden and Obama.

Why? Because I'm a lawyer? Your comment, however well-intentioned, is flippant about a subject that is not very funny at all. I can only say that I hope with all my heart that you never, ever have to learn it first-hand.
