Israel disarm, while Russia stores its nukes on flatbed railroad cars on tracks in tunnels in the Ural Mountains of Russia and the Volcano Poas Mountains of Costa Rica and other nuclear arsenal hideouts to await orders to attack a nuclear defenseless USA and Israel if they agree to the treaty.

If Israel shouldn't have nukes becase other counries cant then why should America be allowed? If your going to use that argument you can't be selective. America not only has nukes but they have used them, out of all the worlds nuclear powers only America has ever used them before and has even talked about developing mini nukes as a tactical battlefield weapon. Who is the threat here Israel or the US?
