What is missing in Israel's "leaders"is to deal REALISTICALY with FACTS as you put here ,prefering to work under the realm of delusions and treason pushed on us by envy enemies. It is about the time Israel's Diplomacy start dealing OFENSIVELY ,using the(historical) truth and getting out of this stupidity of defending itself from injust accusations and loosing its time on that, what is ,by the way ,the tactic bandits use to weaken their opositors.
32. If this poll truly reflects public opinion,
David ,   Sydney, Australia   (05.14.09)
58% of Israelis are mentally retarded
33. JEHOVAH THE GOD OF ISRAEL IS AGAINST !!!.
ORAO STRANKA. ,   TSARIGRAD U SRBIA.   (05.14.09)
ACCORDING TO HIS WORD !!!. Orao.
34. bravo for the 58%
Itamar ,   Ramat gan   (05.14.09)
I'm more than happy to learn that at least 58% of Israeli's are normal, they are mostly the real people who build Israel or their children, the 40%others are parasites
35. 500 jew interviewed represents 58% ?
zionist forever   (05.14.09)
I know Israel is a small place but come on there are nearly 6 million jews living there but this poll is based upon what 500 people want this hardly represents 58% of the jewish population. You expect a serious poll to be in at least the thousands. Its obvious that most the religious are against it but the opinions of the seculars is not as cut and dry as it was during the oslo years and I find it hard to believe that they can ask 500 people
36. here is a poll of mine and the questions are simple
zionist forever   (05.14.09)
1) DO YOU SUPPORT 2 STATES? YES / NO 2) DO YOU THINK 2 STATES SHOULD BE BASED ON THE 1967 BORDERS YES / NO 3) IF YOU SUPPORT THE IDEA OF JORDAN AS THE PALESTINIANS STATE YES / NO 4) DO YOU WANT TO DIVIDE JERUSALEM YES / NO 5) DO YOU SUPPORT 2 STATES BASED ON THE 67 BORDERS NOW OR WOULD YOU WANT IT DONE NOW GET THE ISSUE OVER AND DONE WITH. YES / NO 6) IF YOU SUPPORT 2 STATES SHOULD WE WAIT A LITTLE WHILE TILL PALESTINIANS CAN GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER FIRST YES / NO Polls are not the slightest bit reliable because the answer you get is based on the question you ask which can easily be rigged. The proposed law which was conveniently dropped which would have actually given the public the right to decide the future of the Golan through referendum rather than have the decision made by 61 Knesset members who can be bought off. The courts said it should be a yes no question to avoid rigging it either way. Remeber the Kadima leadership poll was predicting a landslide for Livni in the end she beat Shul Mofaz by 30 votes Thats how to ask a honest poll and get true results.
37. What does two-state solution mean to you?
Kyle ,   Southpark, CO, USA   (05.14.09)
For reasonable people, it means one state for Jews and one state for Arabs (even though Arabs already have 22 states with no Jews) For Arabs, it means, one more (23rd) Jew-free Arab state now, and another Arab state later, after they have swarmed into (what is left of) Israel and drive out all the Jews.
38. #28 Palestinians were not "cast out"
Aaron ,   SF, USA   (05.14.09)
"The fact that there are these refugees is the direct consequence of the act of the Arab states in opposing partition and the Jewish State. The Arab states agreed upon this policy unanimously and they must share in the solution of the problem." Emile Ghoury, Secretary of the Palestinian Arab Higher Committee. Appeared in the British Telegraph September 6th, 1948 "The Arabs of Haifa fled in spite of the fact that the Jewish authorities guaranteed their safety and rights as citizens of Israel." George Hakim, Greek Catholic bishop of Galilee, New York Herald Tribune June 30th, 1949
39. Two State Solution
Walter ,   Portland, USA   (05.15.09)
The sampling size of that opinion poll was only 500, which is quite small. With such a small sampling, I would suspect that there is a substantial margin of error that has not been noted.
40. And...
Khaled ,   Australia   (05.15.09)
And the Jews of Nazi Europe were told "work would set you free".
41. Poll
Sam ,   France   (05.17.09)
Your poll is wrong. The sample group of 500 persons is too small. The results are not crédible. Shame
42. Our poll showed the opposite.
S. Dym, spokesperson ,   Mattot Arim/Israel   (05.31.09)
We dispute these results. Our poll, by Maagar Mochot, showed the opposite, and we can explain the discrepancy. Susie Dym, spokesperson for Mattot Arim, Israel. mattot.arim@gmail.com
43. i hope that the people saying this poll is fake are right
artyom ,   seattle   (02.24.11)
they most likely are right returning to the pre-1967 borders is national suicide
