1. Aroma should cater to Jews
Eyal ,   Teaneck, NJ, USA   (05.14.09)
Aroma should at least get certification for its products abroad if it wants the local Jewish population to support them. Afterall, they are the ones who are familiar with the brand and require the least amount of marketing.
2.  YUMMY

I recently visited an Aroma cafe for first time- in Hollywood Ca. It was very clean, well designed, the staff were all very friendly , courteous and helpful - dog welcoming, coffee superior to Starbuck and products eaten delicious

I'm sorry to say that I find Aroma's food mediocre and way overpriced. Their house salad, for example, whilst generous in quantity, drowns in salty white cheese and salty olives, making it almost inedible. And why pay so much for a plain dry tuna fish sandwich? Their house lemonade, oversweetened and expensive...
5. #1 Aroma isn't Kosher in Israel y should they bother abroad?

6. Aroma is good but it is getting more expensive
JO   (05.15.09)
which I guess happens to all but why? knowing something about the coffee business, a cup of coffee is nearly all profit for the shop. Aroma is just as expensive as UK chains and some American chain. For a coffee on the go I have since opted for eleswhere, seven to eight shekels for a good cup of coffee (and a good normal sized cup) Aroma is around 14 shekels for a similiar cup. Here's to the small non chains that sell good quality coffee to go at a reasonable rate. They still make profit.
7. great cafe - but bizarre choice of countries
Margalit   (05.17.09)
only place in Israel that meets expectations in terms of quality and customer service. but Ukraine? come on, people are fleeing U. as fast as they can there is absolutely nothing there, how can they even find reliable providers?
8. Honestly, I've never heard of Aroma before...
