31. Israel needs to stand firm and look out for its own ...
Dave Ronen ,   Haifa   (05.21.09)
Israel needs to stand firm and look out for its own interests for a change. Tiny Israel is too small for two states, especially when the Arab group takes joy in massacring Jews. The Arabs own 99.9% of the Middle East. They have the space to place ALL the Arabs who claim to be Palestinian –– without cramping. They have the money to settle the Palestinians, especially if the money now spent on the Arab "refugees" is added in. And why should there not be room in the Middle East with its 22 Arab states for a single Jewish State? In fact, when you think about it, the major question is: where should the Palestinian arabs be resettled? that and the need for Israel to stand firm and look out for its own interests for a change. 32. West bank arab state
David ,   New England   (05.21.09)
Any west bank arab state has to allow the right of return to all palestinian Christians and their descendants who emigrated due to muslim persecution.
33. Ask Jerusalem's arabs
David ,   New England   (05.21.09)
If they want to live under Israeli rule or palestinian.
34. You know what's childish and stupid?
MLS ,   Jew in Bahrain   (05.21.09)
This obstinate insistence that there is a feasible alternative to two states for two people. The longer we wait and the more we stall, the more impossible that solution is going to become and we're going to be forced into a one state situation with Palestinians as Israeli citizens and, of course, a civil war. The Palestinians are not going to go away. Get that into your heads, all you who think they can be driven out or paid off to leave or have some other cockamamy notions...
35. Any nation of palestine
David ,   New England   (05.21.09)
Created in the west bank has to be held accountable and make reparations for the rape, mutilation and murders committed by PLO forces while occupying south Lebanon.
36. #33, ask the 1,000,000 Israeli Arabs

37. #3-Yes!!
Christy ,   Boston, US   (05.21.09)
Good to have Bibi for such a time and stand against this nonsensical -suicidal 2 state solution. Glad to hear Hagee is preaching against this, he reaches many people. I know the guy isn't perfect, but he's a staunch supporter of Israel. He's already got a date picked for his annual 'Washington Conference' .. where Israeli supporters gather and let their congress people know they support Israel. Good that he's against the 2-state solution.
38. 2-State Solution With WHO?!?
Christy ,   Boston, US   (05.21.09)
It's nonsense to keep going down this road. The various Palestinian factions have stated THEY DO NOT WANT A STATE WITH ISRAEL. How many more times must this be repeated? Why do so many Western leaders NEVER LISTEN to what the Palestinians say? I was among the many people in the 80's who believed a 2-state solution was not only possible, but good for both Israel & the Palestinians. Observing what has happened since the 80's, I see I was badly mistaken. The 'Palestinians' rejected a 2-state solution in 1948 and they are rejecting it now. Why anyone would still keep believing a 2-state solution is possible now, I can't understand.

Hopefully,we will win and the highest (at least the corrects and justs)ideals will prevail, and lies, wickedness and delusions will disapear from the face of earth, starting from Israel.Hopefully soon. This is a feasable goal at the hand of all of us.It is only required to act with less ego and more compassion towards our own and our own history.
40. 2 states isnt physicly viable but Israel & Jordan is
zionist forever   (05.21.09)
Two states doesn't have to mean the creation of a 23rd arab entity which would not even long term be viable because of having to divide already limited recources between two countries. Unless they both have a single currency then your going to have a problem especially if we are going to be dividing Jerusalem and be best buddies as the left have this fantasy of us being Can you imagine wanting to go around Jerusalem you buy something in the west you pay shekels but then you want to buy in the east your going to need arab currency. That means exchange rates and bucineses havng to reguarly keep adjusting their prices so they can keep the value of the good the same. A packet of cigaretes might be worth 10 shekels if you bought it in Israel and 20 in arab money. Problem is because we are using 2 currencies your going to have to daily keep up with the others prices so you don't end in a situation where its cheaper for people to buy those cigarettes in arab currency or shekel and not the same value. Thats just one of the economic problems that will come of it. The only solution is Jordan & Israel. The arabs all become Jordanian citizens - plenty of land, a stable economy, an army to defend the country which a palestinian saate would not get, plenty of recource. Stable leadership in a country thats one of the most moderate of all arab states. Already 80% of the population define themselves as palestinians. Israel would get 100% of Jerusalem as it should be and would keep at least most of Judea and Samaria and the rest would go to Jordan. Just how much would be decided between the Israeli & Jordanian governments. In Gaza they can be given a choice if you want to give up your revolutionry ways you will be given Egyotian citizenship. Until then have your own little indipendent entity in Gaza that nobody wants anything to do with. When they start acting like human beings Egypt will be happy to take Gaza back, the only reason we got lumbered with it in 1979 is because Sadat didnt want the place because he knew it was better off without having 1 million crazy palestinians. Thats the best solution for everybody the only problem is ianybody that would formerly propose this idea would be called radical and against peace because the world is fixated with the 2 state idea.
