He has tried to delay arms shipments to Israel as an effort to put preasure onto Israel. He is not pushing Israel to give up its nuclear capability. The man is doing everything he can to try weaken Israels military capability and at the same time strenghen its enemies. Obama makes Jimmy Carter look like Israels best friend. Without even consutling israel he declared America is backing the saudi plan ( if America backs it then Israel backs it ) even though Israel flatly rejected it. He has said he wants Jerusalem as the capital of a palestinian state.
