when all prior talk rounds failed miserably. This is another smoke screen for the world to allow Iran gain nuclear weapons in the meantime.
4. Lieberman in Moscow
leib ,   madison wisconsin us   (06.02.09)
Moscow's reference to Hamas becoming more realistic must be understood in terms of Soviet speak-taking current conditions under consideration without changing one's plans to destroy an enemy (in this case Israel). Lieberman's assessment of relations with Russia is way too optimistic. Russia has been and continues to be a key player in Iran's march to nukes and its missile development and Moscow plays a key role in North Korea's progress and the connection between NK and Iran. Russia uses diplomacy to entice the US to enter into negotiations and then prevents tough sanctions while keeping the door open to being harsher and thereby uses diplomacy as a veil to cover Iran's and NK's continued progress. China is now an ally of Russia and joins along. Israel would be advised to steer clear of Moscow's embrace though the movement of the US away from Israel leaves her in a tough spot. Hence the effort to strengthen ties with India.
