He has officially said he supports dividing Jerusalem other presidents have never endorsed anything like that only said we have to negotiate. Moreover, his use of the term settlements indicates that he is unaware that the Palestinian leadership includes in this category parts of Jerusalem, annexed after the 6 day war such as Ramot, Gilo, Talpiot Mizrach, Pisgat Zeev, and sattelite cities of Jerusalem such as Givat Zeev, MaaleAdumim, and Gush Etzion. If he is aware of this, it further supports my belief that he would not shed a tear if Israel were to disappear as the Jewish Homeland
