however -- it is interesting to note- while the useage of high speed users in israel is higher than usa--- the actual defeintion of high speedis relative.. my transfer rate in my apartment in israel from HOT is approx 7 by 768 in my apartment in New York my rate is 101x 15 meg from cablevision. I use a backup service called www.onlinebackupvault.com and the speed from them is great, if we had faster internet here in israel it would be great... the reality of it is --- the infrustructure here in israel is BETTER than the USA< however the speed is being regulated -- anyone know why?? israel can offer faster than the usa if they were interested?
