1. HRW "says" but what PROOF does it have?
The Doc ,   Haifa, Israel   (06.30.09)
Another biased, racist slander coming from a ill-reputed gang of Islamo-Leftists. They based all this on the usual "eyewitness reports" (can I say "Hamas trained and/or threatened witnesses"? They also rely on "victim interviews" - yeah, sure - they absolutely KNOW they were targeted! They also visted "strike sites" and "missile debris" which were artfully staged and planted by the very active Paliwood experts. What a pile of crap, fraud and waste of paper (pity about the trees that these HRW imbeciles hug so often). Nuf said!
2. the human right based their entire
ghostq   (06.30.09)
report on testimonies from Hamas and weren't there during Cast Lead, once again they contributing to the distruction of the rain forests by using paper for pointless aim.
3. Hamass fired missiles at me indiscriminately fot 8 years!
Wise Saba ,   Netivot   (06.30.09)
Where is your outrage?
4. re #1, The Doc
viking ,   dubai   (06.30.09)
The burnt and mamimed bodies of dead and permanantly disabled women and children is their proof.
5. No HRW report on Sderot, Hmm.
Yoni   (06.30.09)
We see a disconnect with reality here. Jew hatred knows no bounds and Jews who kill their enemies are always blamed. The nazis didn't like Jews with weapons either.
6. It's Always Israel's Fault Anyway...

8. #4... sure
Dani ,   Netherlands   (06.30.09)
Hamas is known for killing their own, so where´s the proof? Somebody's dead or burned, let's blame the jews...
9. What do human rights have to do with palis?
jason white ,   afula,israel   (06.30.09)
We should have gone in and made an example of the palis for all our enemies to see. There should have been tens of thousands of dead palis. All these n.g.o.s should be investigated and their leadership arrested for treason and aid terror gangs.
10. Thanks for the info.
Ypip ,   Canada   (06.30.09)
"This report's credibility is questionable since it is based on anonymous, unreliable Palestinian sources which dubious military expertise," said an IDF Spokesman's Unit statement. "These sources do, however, have a clear agenda as part of Gaza's propaganda campaign."
11. Smoke 'em if you’ve got 'em
Mike B ,   London   (06.30.09)
Always enough cigarettes in Gaza.
12. we are waiting....
ale   (06.30.09)
we are waiting .... we are waiting 4....Human Rights Watch report released Tuesday TOO claims that in violation with international law,!!!!!!!!!! the Israel Defense Force used indiscriminate!!!!!!!!!!!! RPV fire during Operation Cast Lead, causing the deaths of innocent Palestinian civilians. BUT BIBI' AND HIS PREFERRED HERO liebermann (the gaza's holocaust dreamer, minister of israel of course...)say that to destroy peoples is illegal for others, but is legal for jewish heroes... AND IF Human Rights Watch PROTEST again.....israel,his leader bibi', and hero lieberman...will declare: Human Rights Watch is ANTISEMITIC..... usual game! 2009 ...and gaza is a lager....... israel make settlements and israelis close their eyes... and bibi' reign....of course.
13. What about Sderot?
Steve   (06.30.09)
Hamas has been firing rockets at civilians for years. The people of Sderot and other communities in Southern Israel have been targeted by thousands of missiles fired by Islamofacist terror organisations. HRW cannot expect to be taken seriously when it ignores the situation in Sderot, while only focusing on alleged Israeli wrongdoing, of which there is no proof. On the other hand, there is plenty of proof of Hamas, Hizbullah and Islamic Jihad targeting civilians. HRW's anti-Israel bias has caused it to lose its last shred of credibility.
14. I AM WITNESS OF THAT. I WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER.
Atilla Karagözoğlu   (06.30.09)
I seen on TV.
15. Hamas targeted civilians
Anna ,   Be'er Sheva, Israel   (06.30.09)
I was one of those civilians in the last war. As for IDF, they targeted the places Hamas were shooting from.

19. #16 So why havent you stopped yet?
freejay3 ,   Israel   (06.30.09)
20. HRW and the Arab - liars
Gee ,   Zikron Yaakov   (06.30.09)
I watched the strike on the Grad rockets in the truck. Those 'oxygen' tanks were tossed into the truck horizontally. Anybody that has ever moved such a tank would never ever do that, because it would shear off the value. Why do it in the middle of the night? The photos the next day showed those tanks without any burns. In short Pallywood. Mr. Garlasco is a liar and is total incompetent.
21. Lesson for Israel! NEVER use RPV! use GRADs!
Rehavam ,   Israel   (06.30.09)
Use of GRADs cheaper. More humaine (according to HRW) And NOBODY bother to "investigate" GRADs.
22. # 17, 19 !

GO ASK YNET ! I AM NOT USING ANY DIRTY WORDS FOR A FEW WEEKS. THAT WAS MY WRONG. I HAVE NO OTHER SINS. ATİLLA KARAGÖZOĞLU
23. to #22 LMFAO
ghostq   (06.30.09)
what do you know we got a criminal on the loose. Darn is a very nasty word. indeed.
24. investigation.....pay attention
(06.30.09)
according to the law, it is a crime against humanity to lob 10,000 missiles at innocent civilian centers and innocent children, schools, elderly, moms, dads, and civilians that have NOTHING TO DO WITH A WAR. this is what hamas did to israeli cities and civilians for over 3 years. hamas didn;t direct these missiles towards army installation and military bases, but towards innocent civilians, their homes and institutions and killed and maimed many in the process. children lost limbs and adults lost their lives, schools bombed, infrastructure destroyed and economy severed for over 3 years. this is a crime against humanity. this is a crime against humanity!!!! israel responded.... every country has a responsibility to respond and protect its citizenry and soil. did hamas think when they lobed these deadly missiles where they were sending them? NO! they did so indiscriminantly and also between 7 am and 8 am knowing that is when kids go to school on foot. they never lobed these missiles on the weekend, knowing that it will be a waste of a missile since kids stay home on weekends and do not walk to school on foot, therefore, no damage. why should israel be held more responsible for civilian death in gaza and hamas not for civilian deaths in israel? point is that if hamas didn;t lob these missiles, there would never have been a cast lead to begin with. investigate hamas, not israel.
25. Intl law loopholes used by HR groups, UN
William ,   Israel   (07.01.09)
Intl law has no real category for terrorist groups which is why countries like Iran use them to forward an agenda without getting in trouble. The UN and NGOs treat heinous crimes by Hamas as if they were individual criminals and not subject to global law - in turn, they come down hard on Israel because they are a sovereign nation and can be hit very hard for simply saying "boo" Until the law is changed to include terrorist groups in conventions about war crimes and human rights, groups like Hamas will be able to kill thousands with impunity and no one will be able to stop them. Either the world is lazy or there's a larger agenda to allow this.
