Of course Obama is looking out for America's interests first. He wasn't elected President of Israel. Yet, Rabbi, what is your solution? To continue the colonization of Palestinian land? And the unsaid, is that American interests do not completely align with US interests AND that it was Jewish Americans moral responsibility to vote US interests at last election. Obama was the only real choice for an America going down the toilet having lost almost all reasonable claim to a responsibility to fellow Americans; ie each other. Alternatively, the American Jew should make Aliyah AND rescind US citizenship or at abstain from voting.
