What will happen to the Old City of Beer-Sheva? What will the impact be on the small merchants struggling to make a living outside the malls? With the Kanyon HaNegev, One Plaza, the new mall next to Tiv Tam and this mall, Beer-Sheva is becoming a mall city devoid of the charm of a pedestrian urban center.

2. Soooo much water will be wasted building it
and waterfalls! Who needs that when there is no water and we all have to witness our gardens dying... And: Why break Beer Sheva´s desert -like appearance? After all, Negev is a desert, as long as nobody workes against desertification: If you ask me: He could get land for cheap here and all the talk about green is just "kishoot".

I am well known in the USA for my inovative Supermarket concepts. I have done supermarkets in Cyprus (Limassol, Laraka, Nicosia, Argomi, etc) for Alpha Mega.
Any need for my services in this fantactic sounding project ???
I will be in Israel in November.

5. The largest mall in Israel
Will most likely have the smallest parking lot in Israel. While you drive around for an hour looking for a parking space, how much fuel do you burn, not to mention patience.

We have enough malls, we need factories to employ people and to export.
