We had no enviromental problems at Hiroshima and Nagasaki in 1945. Small bombs exploded at 1,000 or more feet = No environmental impact . Ask Japan = They will confirm this just as we did. Thousands of huge bombs exploded on the ground would cause the Nuclear winter that would wipe us all out. Russia and the USA have no plans to explode 18,000 huge nuclear weapons on the ground .

The "suicide mechanism" is used to kill the cells before they become cancerous. I wouldn't be surprised if within a year all of those test subjects all die of cancer.

Very well put, however, one correction. It is not through the Jews that all nations would be blessed, it was through Avraham. Avraham was not a Jew, he was Ivri. Yeah bummer about the monkeys... Kind of. Being able to save human lives the next time a reactor malfunctions? Or the inevitable - some radical setting off a nuke or dirty bomb to waste innocent people? It's invaluable. And yeah, wonderful. Grats to this genius who discovered it, engineered it, whatever. Worth the lives of a few hundred monkeys in my opinion.

1) they say that the chemical does not affect cancer cells... if it does, then radiation treatment would fail. it's gonna take clinical human trials to nail that down for sure. 2) they say that they haven't observed any increased rate of cancer. that will also take human trials. damage to dna is going to have an effect. however, keep in mind that our planet's crust has an UNUSUALLY high amount of uranium ore in it... life on this planet is designed to withstand certain amounts of radiation. probably more than any life we could find out in the universe. also, we have only seen radiation deaths and cancer deaths based on the cell's suicide function... which this chemical prevents. we really have no idea what will happen when we do this. It could wind up making people just live shorter lifespans, make people infertile, have no deletarious effects because the body's ability to repair dna has been underestimated due to the cell suicide function, or we could greatly accellerate mutations and thus evolution.
