Pollard, 42 years.
This guy, 42 months.
We are without doubt the biggest fools on this planet.

The PA would have executed him for this, with or without a trial. The sentence is too light and hopefully he will not be released as a good will effort

MUST NOT HAVE PRISONERS
Either execute him for espionage like other countries that actually protect themselves or deport him.
When we keep prisoners:
1) It is a drain on resources
2) It provides a point of contention
3) The crime is never remembered by anyone outside of Israel, the rest of the world U.S. MEDIA ESPECIALLY only report's that Israel is once again persecuting a poor palestinian
4) This gives Hezbollah, Hamas, Fatah, MB, IJ, etc., credibility in the eyes of the world.
-and most importantly-
5) It provides motivation for terrorists to take more hostages and demand the prisoners release.
We must NOT keep these prisoners. Espionage is a capitol offense in many other countries. OR drop him in whatever terrorist country is going to demand his release, because we are going to do that anyway.

4. #1 not really the same
This man is an enemy, working to destroy Israel.
Pollard was only transferring information from an (supposed) ALLY, which we should have had already.
Pollard was jailed more for embarrasing US than anything else.

This traitor lived in Israel aand tried to destroy her from within. He is a traitor and traitors should be executed. That prevents recidivism.

6. Why such a short time? Israeli courts are too soft.

" traitors should be executed" is that so Alan? Does that apply to Pollard as well, or is he exempt being one of God's chosen people?
