Concern raised by UN over IAF flyovers 1-2 years ago but nothing current. Your information is obviously dated and inaccurate. But it's easy to understand why Israel must maintain a high level of Intelligence to keep an eye on terrorist activities of Hizbollah. Remember, it was Nasrallah who shot down a Lebanese helicopter which he mistakenly thought belonged to the IAF.
