As if Syria can influence iran! Hahahahahahahaha! Why print these propaganda lies from Walid al-Moualem?
4. Syria Crap

Syria is a tentacle of Iran. A tentacle cannot tell its master what to do. It is the master that controls the tentacle and not the other way round. The world should not be easily deceived by Syria. Syria is harping on their crap to fool the world as well as help its master by distracting the attention of the world on the Ayatollahs' nukes. This will give the fanatics ample time to complete their nukes. Once they have their nukes, the region will fall like a house of cards into Ayatollahs' domination. It is time for the world to act and not be fooled and distracted. The cloak is ticking.
5. What an idiotic article...
Marco ,   Spain   (07.25.09)
Moualem was asked by Milliband to try to play a role in the crisis with Iran, and his answer was: "I believe we can play a role but we cannot take decisions on behalf of Iran. They have to take their decisions according to their interest ". Moualem adds ""We know that Israel is producing nuclear arms. This is how we can address the Iranian public opinion that there would be no double standard in approaching the nuclear program," In short, Moualem is saying that either all should have nukes or none at all, not even the zionist illegal state.
6. As If Anyone Believes Him

This is another case of the lunatics policing the asylum. The Syrians are on a par with the Supreme Liar and the Theocratic Thieves in Iran when it comes to believability.
7. reminds me of Assads interview on SKY news
zionist forever   (07.25.09)
Assad invited Obama to come to Damascus to talk peace on a special interview with SKY News couple of moths back and this sounds like exactly the same thing all over. He knows exactly how to pull the strings of Obama & the Europeans. The west is telling him to break contacts with Iran in exchange for peace talks so now Assad says I can be a good middle man with Iran the fact that I don't have any influence in Iran at all doesn't matter. Talking about a Middle East free of WMDS is a joke coming from Assad considering Syria has the largest supplies of chemical weapons in the region bigger even than Israel or Iran but Syria wants a WMD free zone. Why not lead by example the way Gadaffi has when he gave up his WMD programs? Assad was against signing up to the saudi plan when the arabs were drafting it inisisting a condition be that Israel is disarmed of its nukes. He knows that Israel needs its nukes as a deterent to an arab coalition especially because the US has removed Israels strategic edge in conventional weapons and sold all but Syria exactly the same weapons Isreal has & the saudis even have superior jets to Israels F16s in the form of the Eurofightyer Typhoon. Egypt, Jordan & Syria all at the same time would be alot more difficult today than it was in 1967. Syria on its own though would be a 6 hour war not 6 day. Assad has said that there is a difference between a peace treaty & real peace with full diplomatic relations and end to hostilities and at this stage ( for the Golan ) all he is willing to offer is a peace treaty. Sadly Obama and Europe especially the french who now love Assad will all fall for and once again Israel is going to have the west putting the squeeze on it. I think its safe to assume that before the end of the year Obama will start demanding that Israel give up the Golan and its nukes and unless Bibi is willing to stand up to Obama and not think that he can offload the Golan in the hope he can get a better deal with the palestinians then we don't have a hope in keeping the Golan or the nukes. The enemies are closing in and its not just Iran and the arabs.
