Do you mean to tell us that all the way from Indianapolis you already know who committed this horrific murder...and it was an "Orthodox fanatic?" Because even as an atheist who loathes any sort of religious primitivism, I'm willing to concede that there are other possibilities. However, because it happened in Israel, there's been an unseemly rush to judgment in this case absent any evidence of who the perpetrator really was. And as far as the moral relativism about Israelis causing as much of the problem as the Arabs, as long as the Arabs persist in inciting their own children to become martyrs using racist textbooks, "suicide kindergarten" and genocidal Disney characters to brainwash an entire generation, there will never be peace...not for any other reason.

On the concept of "hate crimes" the jury is still out with me. I was atacked, back about one and a half years. Before he hit me, he sereamed old man at me several times, as he unloaded his hatred. I don't think it would have mattered much if I was weaing my Kippah and he screamed old Jew. Also on the other hand I don't remember any love crimes. A crime is a crime regardless of the basis or origon.

The man who carried it out hasn't been found all we know is he was wearing black and there are many reasons why he might have done it. A gay lovers fall out and somebody decided to go shoot at everybody because he was angry with his lover It could be a man who just had some kind of nervous breakdown, flipped his lid and decided to go shoot up a gay club. Thats not a hate crime. Maybe it is just somebody who didn't like gays and decided to go kill them but we cannot assume anything until we have all the facts. As for Yuli Tamir somebody needs to remind her that thank goodness she is no longer education minister. We won't be replacing zionism & jewish issues with nakba so she should just keep her mouth shut for once. Also if the system is so bad why didn't she do something to change it because up until less than 6 months ago she was eductaion minister, Bibi hasn't made any radical changes. A terrible thing happened and we should stop with the speeches and rallies let the polce get on with their business and treat this like any other murder crime.
