1. OK - let's hear all the whiners about....
(08.09.09)
"bashing" religious people react to this. I am glad the state is taking this threat from this sector seriously. We deserve protection from violence like everybody else in this country.
2. hmmm
observer   (08.09.09)
perhaps he has an unresolved problem with his own sexuality. He should be given the opportunity for counselling.
3. a closet case if ever there was
Avi ,   Israel   (08.09.09)
Unfortuently this is all to common, for sure he is a closeted homosexual and instead of accepting his own sexuality he threatens others in an attempt to ease his own guilt feelings. I hope he finds the help he needs. There are people that can help .
4. Nonsense
Adam ,   israel   (08.09.09)
You can see it in his eyes, he's never killed anyone. Another sacrifice to the enemies of Israel.
5. Avi,he's accepted his sexuality. It's your style of sexual
ality that is a dis ,   dain to him & others   (08.09.09)
6. Police said threats? Probably he said "homosexuality is an

abomination" which is directly from the TORAH and then was arrested and incarcerated without charges or indictment or trial which is the way it is in ISRAEL for Jews who are not left wing! ISRAEL POLICE LIE!!! MAYBE NEXT POLICE WILL CONFISCATE ALL BIBLES?
7. #6 - Appropriate name since YOU need to get real...
Andy ,   ramat hasharon   (08.09.09)
He made direct threats of violence, you Torah-distorting liar. He threatened to kill. He warned he would kill. And the government stepped in to prevent bloodshed from this miscreant. It would be no different from a law enforcement perspective if somebody blogged about intending to kill Yeshiva students. So go read whatever religious books you want to, but once you threaten to kill me, I want your ass locked up. The State of Israel has responded magnificently to this menace against us. We incite against no one. We harm no one. We are the most peaceful, loving group of people in this country. So sit in your arm chair in the US and hate all you want. But go on line and threaten violence, then you have committed a crime.
8. Soldier who threatened gay rally to remain in custody
Mkarpas ,   New York USA   (08.09.09)
No one has noticed that the soldier supposedly admitted to making threats shortly before a parade on Shabbos. Jews who observe the sabbath do not use the internet on the sabbath period exceot for life-threatening emergencies.. Either the soldier is no longer religious or the police have made up a confession.
9. look @ #5 and you see....
KACH 613 ,   Judah Israel   (08.09.09)
how they work. They think they are all shrinks and the whole word is gay they just don’t know it, well sir im sorry that you have your issues maybe you should get some help. I would also want to know why are there no mass rallies in Tell Aviv after Arab terror attacks witch target everyone??? So I say Avi take your tolerance and shove it where you like it best!!!
10. Religious Jews are not about killing gay people and they
Bunnie Meyer ,   Los Angeles, CA USA   (08.09.09)
should not be. Gays can go on living in peace in Israel and no one come out to drive them underground. That said, when they do their high profile marches in religious cities like Jerusalem, they str up crazy behavior in the people who would otherwise just leave them alone. It is up to Hashem to judge them on an individual basis on their judgment day, not thugs with guns and grenades.
11. sorry #5 I ment #3
KACH 613   (08.09.09)
12. #10 - there she goes again...
Andy ,   ramat hasharon   (08.09.09)
Bunny sitting on her fat ass in LA, pontificating about Hashem. A peaceful rally in my own capital city does not "stir up crazy behavior." Do you EVER know what you are talking about before you open your mouth?
13. #4 - did somebody actually say....
Andy ,   ramat hasharon   (08.09.09)
"you can see it in his eyes?" That you can know what this person is or what he would do from a photograph? Can you really be that ignorant?
14. Thanks for posting the name and photo
5th generation ,   Israel   (08.09.09)
Take advantage of us being a small country - threaten his future as he would do to so many others.
15. To Nr 3 and 4: Closet gays and yeshiva rape
Gavriel ,   Budapest, Hungary   (08.10.09)
Nr 4: "You can see it in his eyes, he never killed anyone"... Well, we will see... we cannot be sure! Nr 3.: yes, he may be a closet gay with lots of fears and inner instability or simply a victim of sexual abuse in the yeshiva. We hear about these things quite often.
16. and I think we're being 'programmed'
amused...not really   (08.10.09)
(Baldacci does it so well in his book.) Been done before and we fall for it every time. It's always at such a frustrating and convenient time too...when desperate to find and plant a culprit and make him fit the scene.( Hi 'avishai raviv'. (what a funny name)..how're ya doing these days...busy again?)
17. #14 seriously, he is ruined!
Josh   (08.10.09)
I look at the threat level a post on a blog represents and what they have done to him and it is outrageous considering it has not gone to trial. Something seems wrong about this hype. I expected they would snag someone innocent as from the descriptions of the shooting attack it sounds like they may never catch the shooter and we know how bad that looks on the authorities. Hanging a dati should fit the bill for blowing smoke up our .......ses.
18. #17 Glad you agree with me, they've
#16   (08.10.09)
done it before, still doing it, probably more than most of us realize. Wag the Dog etc. This ynet stuff, we all lap it up and voila, their job is done for them.
19. yeah, those gays totally incite violence
Dwight ,   Cambridge, MA   (08.11.09)
by being gay in public - how dare someone be out and gay in a highly religious city... those kids in the gay center were just begging for it - being all gay and alive and stuff...
