1.)I have lived all my life in haredi communities and never heard of any haredi cheder that doesnt accept children of Orthodox converts who are a fuylly integrated part of their community (although admittedly because of all their stringencies and idiosyncracies this would be harder to achieve in the more extreme communities) . 2.) The matriarchs probably wore clothing to the floor and thus didnt need any stockings. 3.)
