Instead of being put under house arrest for 180 days he should have been send to help out the "gay" community and learn more about these people. The problem with people like Shmuel Preimark is they think that homosexuals are having fun all day in and out of bed having sex all the time, when really they also have another life beside sex. People like Shmuel do not realize how many homosexuals they meet through out the day from doctors to lawyers, teachers and clerks in the office. Not to mention how many he may have sat with in Yeshiva, may be his hevruta or the hevruta on the other table. On the outside they just look the same also on the inside for that matter. Shmuel just thinks on the Torah side, that the Torah is against homosexuality but that's not completely true. The Torah is against the act, the act having anal sex but if two men live together with out performing such an act it is not counted as an abominable act.

...in Thora lesbian relationships are not even mentioned and not even anal sex between men. I'd like to know if Shmuel Preimark knows what he is talking about
5. He's gay

The guy is probably gay himself, and just can't admit it. How many rabbis fondle little boys in the yeshivot, because they can't come out in their community properly??
