Both the Fatah & now the Hamas have their internal divisive clans or cliques in addition to their bloody marked hostility. A natural result of their undemocratic nature. How can Israel find a partner among them which can result in a lasting peace? Such a peace requires stability not constant chaos, constructive compromises not competition in upmanship.
