Peace Now advocates policies, such as the failed Oslo Accords, that strengthen terrorists, weaken Israel, and that would make parts of Israel judenrein. Ya'alon is completely right, and I support him 100%. You can't deny it, the guy's got balls.. unlike some of our other 'leaders', including Bibi.

The fact that this group of Pro-Palestinian and “hate Israel” fanatics are the scourge of the nation is not the real issue here. Prime Minister Netanyahu has to decide which way he wants to go and he must inform the people of Israel if he wants to go in the direction of direct confrontation with the the United States or not. If the answer is "Yes" then the people must be prepared for a certain amount of economic pressure which will result from possible investment cut backs by the US and almost certainly cessation of military and arms development cooperation. If the answer is “No” then he must explain this to his supporters and risk losing his mandate. He cannot sit on the fence. Netanyahu whether you like him or not, is the Prime Minister and he does hold a right wing mandate. He must do what is best for Israel which might not please the Obama Administration but he must stop the "the saying one thing and doing something else" policy regarding the settlements. If we are going to build on the West Bank then he must come out and say so, once and for all! He has to choose whether to go for Peace with the Palestinians, if such a thing is possible, or encourage another “Intifada”.
