Angela, it's people like this that make the peace agreements harder for both sides. Calling for Intl pressure on Israel takes it off of the Palestinians. Both sides need pressure but with the growing calls against Israel, the Palestinians have pulled back from their own obligations - namely, renouncing terror, working against internal violence, and developing infrastructure. Now everytime they are asked to advance, they turn the topic over to Israel and settlements or water or a number of side-issues that help avoid condemnation of their own ineptness. They're the only country in the world who gets so much Intl aid and is not required to account for even $1 of it. Palestian have lost most rights because of past terror attacks but Israeli Arabs is another matter. Israel is trying to be both a democractic and a Jewish state. While Israeli Arab citizens have many rights, in some ways they are second class citizens. With non-Jews at around 35% in the under 20 age group, hard choices will have to be made soon.

The term “apartheid” is used incorrectly, as there are no separate statues for Jews & Non-Jews, a basic requirement of “apartheid”.
