If Israel is isolated it should occupy saudi oilfields giving itself energy and rationing saudi oil to world. Who will attack especially if israel guarantees oil supplies to west. Iran wants lastest weapons, once their military is as strong or stronger than Israel then they will start making nukes. Nukes are more for defence or a deterrent, Iran is working more for abilitiy to make nukes rather than make them right now. Under NPT they can get close to making nukes and stay legal under the rules. Since Russia as agreed to sell Iran lates aircraft, Iran has start working with IAEA . If Iran keeps ablility to make fuel rods(uranium) or can reprocess used fuel rods(plutonium) then they can make nukes but the NPT permits this. Unless Israel signs NPT, which it may have to inorder to get new reactor since Dimona has to be shutdown soon, I don't think Iran will give up abilitiy to make nukes.

The author of the article tells us in the first paragraph that he have not seen nor heard anything about the actual content of the report ... Yet alleges that it is catastrophic? Anyone reading past that point should have a head exam! (OK I'll admit, I did too ..)

Israel would need to invest its entire IAF strike force and refueling aircraft to such a mission and even then without the numbers of bunker busters needed to "do the job." While I know many will claim almost infalliblity for the IAF and EW measures. I expect those in charge in IAF to have more reasoned approach. Even if missiles were the prefered option again Israel does not have enough, all of this without regard to Iranian responce.
