1. Not patriots! If Iran or Riyadh pay more they will go there
Hassan ,   Казань-RUSSIA   (09.06.09)
I can't imagine myself becoming another country citizen just for better car or house, being patriot and feeling nostalgy is something precious and beautiful. There is nothing more worth than to die while defending homeland and nation.
2. Spoiled and sheltered fools
5th generation ,   Israel   (09.06.09)
"Important historical process indeed" - now we have to lock our doors at night, Hebrew-speakers are made to feel like illiterate outsiders in our own country, the licensing process for everything is harder (because now we need to weed out sheisters), and swasktikas have made a comeback into our lives. Bibi, I suggest you spend some time in an ulpan and feel for yourself the anti-Semitism before you embolden them further. You've spent too much time with Islam-appeaser Obama.
3. only #2 is illiterate and ignorant
jew ,   USA   (09.06.09)
Hey #2, because of people like you Israel has all the internal fighting. You can not generalize all immigrants and blame them for crime and anti- Semitism. And if you feel like illiterate - it is your own issue. Start working harder and get your education like majority of immigrants from former USSR did.
4. To 1
Viktor ,   New York   (09.06.09)
Nobody wants to die for better car, and if you check how many Russian émigrés enlisted in IDF and how many of them have been killed and injured during Lebanon or Gaza war you’ll see that these people are patriots. It is worth to fight the country that valued and stand for there citizens. Unfortunately people of Russia could not understand that. Because, your government is treating you as a dirt. You and your life in Russia cost nothing, and you know it. That is why they brainwash you about nostalgia and patriotism that they will be able to use you for there goals, and you would never ask them why we have to suffer from generation to generation.
5. To # 1 from Kazan
Anna ,   Be'er Sheva, Israel   (09.07.09)
My family immigrated to Israel for the same reasons you just said: to be with my country and nation. The reason most Russian Jews immigrated in the 90's was because they were finally allowed to do so when communism ended. Some did it for selfish reasons, but there are rotten apples anywhere. I still like Russia very much though. I'll always have a connection to it. I've been to Kazan, btw. It's a beautiful city :)
6. send that trash back to ussr
joy ,   ny   (09.07.09)
7. How many of the ruskis are planted by Putin as spies &
radicals to help ,   Hamass&Hezbullah?   (09.07.09)
8. To #1: Kazan
Ariel ,   USA   (09.07.09)
Well, feel free to die for Russia, whose Tsar, Ivan Grozny, destroyed the Kazan Khanate and turned the natives into slaves. Successfully, based on your "patriotism".
9. Olim
Israeli ,   Israel   (09.07.09)
Hope they're all Jewish.
10. 2 funny y r u celebrating influx of goyim?

11. # 10 You took the words right out of my mouth!!!!
Yerach ,   Jerusalem,Israel   (09.07.09)
12. #3: If you had any idea who I am, you would be embarrassed
5th generation ,   Israel   (09.07.09)
Yours is the Soviet attitude: everyone else is inferior, no matter how many cockroaches roam your hospitals. The main language in Israel - the same Israel that paid ex-Soviets to come to live as Jews and Israelis - is Hebrew. HEBREW. If we are made to feel unwelcome because we follow the rules, shame on YOU, Hamasnik. If you are embarrassed about your crime statistics, do something positive about it, don't complain that we don't like it.
