If your going to give somebody a transplant it involves a battery of tests of both donor and host. If tests show that the donors organs are not compatible then they are not used because the doctors know the body will reject them. As soon as a person dies the organs start dying so you can't put them on ice in a hospital forever. You need specialist facilities for removing organs which the army doesn't have & not all civilian hospital do. You need specialist suregeons not military doctors who usually just carry out minor medical treatments. You certainly can't do it in some non sterile mourge Israel cannot keep a storage facility of live palestinians waiting to be executed to have their organs removed as soon as somebody needs them. Unlike Gilad Shalit prisoners in Israeli jails are allowed Red Cross visists so we all know they are alive and well/. If prisoners started disappearing the Red Cross would be carrying out investigations.
