1. Wasn't it Beilin
(09.23.09)
Who welcomed Goldstone's report?
2. Yossi who?
Roscio ,   Rome, Italy   (09.23.09)
The editor of Ynet is one of the only remaining people to care what the anti-Israel, anti-Torah has-been Beilin has to say. Beilin is just upset that it is not HIS photo-op at one more betrayal of Israel's security, such as the Oslo Fiasco or his Geneva Fire Sale. Note to Ynet - Beilin is about as relevant as a horse & buggy. At least a horse produces useful manure - the useless garbage from Beilin is just pure pollution in your newspaper.
3. Yossi Beilin and Meretz are pathetic, if not worse
99% of Israelis ,   Israel   (09.23.09)

6. Only Solution - One State
Reuven Brauner ,   Raanana, Israel   (09.23.09)
The key to the one state's success will be a singular law stating unequivocably that Jews can build and live anywhere within its boundaries. The law will be fixed that Jews can establish settlements, build businesses and factories; construct new cities and parks anywhere in the country and without restriction. This will include the Samaria, Judea and the Gaza strip. Having passed this one law in an new incorporated State (call it what you want), we can go forward and encourage millions of our brethren from around the world to live here, in peace and security. With 15 million Jews here, we have nothing to fear regarding demographics.
7. pathetic
alexi   (09.23.09)
Munich, chamberlain and hitler teach us very well that you do not make peace by wreckless concessions. Israel vacated s. lebanon and gaza, positions advocated by beilin and got sustained rocket fire and death in return. Who is beilin anyways? A ph.d. who runs around, like the father of olmert, who panics and says.. we must make any peace with fatah because hamas will be worse. Demographics are against us... oh my god... we will be overwhelmed.. make peace. When olmert was trying to avoid indictment and offering crazy life threatening concessions, Belin was applauding him for his offer. Get this beilin-give the arabs credit for honesty-they don't want jews there regardless of concessions-get it beilin. Belin and meretz get almost no votes from israel public who do not trust them. Beilin did not do any great military service and together with ben ami begged arafat for any deal in Taba, a pathetic spectacle of weak jews. beilin continues on with his sellout, whether geneva with rabdo or any other forum.Beilin, like carter, ben ami, olmert, peres, goldstone would have begged hitler for a deal and there would be no jews left. I respect arabs in what they say-they don't want jews in the middle east. So Israel will have to fight to stay there. And beilin, goldstone, ben ami, olmert and peres will always have a place as housejews in the state of palestine.Beilin- it is you who is pathetic and big time. You and olmert belong in the hall of shame. And you are responsible for 1000s of dead and maimed israelis since you brought in oslo.
8. #6 Reuven yes go and live in the Gazza Strip
Avi ,   Raanana   (09.23.09)
Yes good idea, why dont you go and live in the Gaza strip as you state in your posting. Miss you already !
9. Yossi Beilin: Obama
dee ,   volcano, USA   (09.23.09)
It's hard for old-timers to see that Obama is setting a new way of doing things--the US isn't telling, controlling, demanding. It's up to the two countries to do the work--if, after 30 years, the old way didn't work, why still pursue it? ME watchers need to know a 'new process' is introduced -- it's not what everyone wants or expects, but many Americans are happy that we are no longer trying to be the 'boss'.
