Really? Intl law claims Israel has the right to defend herself against terrorist attacks AND has used correctly the amunitions she has during the Gaza War. Intl law dictates that boycotts are ILLEGAL against WTO members yet the Arab world continues to push a 60 year boycott against Israel. Intl law has dictated that the Red Cross MUST be afforded access to ALL POWs, yet Hamas and Hizbullah equally ignore this. Intl law also requires intl aid funds to have transparency and since 1948, the Pals have received, smuggled, and pissed away billions of dollars without one ounce of transparency. Intl law also states that ownership of land, if private, must be proven, yet Arabs make claims of ownership despite any forms of proof. Further, they deny Jewish ownership even when Jews DO have deeds for millions of acres. Further, Intl law supports the transfer of public land from one govt to another, in the event of war. In other words - when Brits had the Mandate, they could do with it what they wished. Further, when Israel won the war, they won rights over the public land - which is where settlements are placed now. So according to Intl law, you don't have a falafel to stand on.
