it doesn't matter how legally or not. thats all obviously irrelevant. it wouldn't matter if india, or japan, or brazil, built nukes and secret nuclear plants because we all know that these countries are responsible and not led by a regime which is fanatical and crazy and uses other countries like lebanon as football pitches for terrorists to play their games with rockets. it may be unfair to some, but iran cannot be allowed to continue because they can't be trusted, not by israel, not by the west, not by the gulf arab states and not even by their own people.

Once this site is operational, bombing will not stop Iran from making nukes and with Iran's new centrifuges this site could product uranium for 4-10 nukes per year. Only a direct hit with a nuclear bomb would take it out since it is under a mountain. Irans weak spot is now uranium ore, that they have to import since they have limited amounts of quality ore and can not process their own poorer grades ore yet but with new mines and newer tech that could quickly change.

In general the American citizens have been protective of the average Iranian citizens and have, at least temporarily, stopped a war for them. However this won't hold if Ahmadinejad doesn't stop trying to pick fights. If there is a war and people start dying, after so much has been done to stop it, we're going to hold him responsible.

In general, the world's governments are separate from the average people. I sometimes think that they go to wars every once in a while just because.
