You can learn from the web that Iran has just one nuclear power plant and it's not operating yet. And they have a lot more uranium than that plant can use. You can also learn about the many medium range ballistic Shahab missiles Iran has already deployed. The Shahab-3 has a maneuverable re-entry vehicle so the warhead can evade anti-missile defenses. Only weapons do that. And the only weapon that makes sense for this missile is a nuclear warhead. You can also learn about the Sajjil-2 missile they tested in May, that also has features only useful for a nuclear delivery. There is ZERO probability that Iran's nuclear program is just for power. They've put too much effort into advanced missile weapons.

The US may admit Iran is developing nukes but under this administration the facts on the ground don't matter, Iran could get a nuke tommorow but all that matters is diplomacy as a solution. This whole process is a farce there is only 1 practical option left and thats military action preferably by the US who have the hardware to destroy not just nuclear faciities but also chemical weapons and missile building and launching facilities. If not then Israel should be allowed to try and take action it could at least put the program back by a number of years give the diplomats time to play their games more & hopefully get a competent president in the White House who isn't afraid of confrontations he can't win without the help of a teleprompter.

1) Yes the US has vetoed alot of resolutions passed against Israel many of them were unjust and biased in the first place. 2) The US no longer gives Israel financial aid it gives around $2.5 billion in military aid and that benefits the US economy more than it helps Israel & its the US that doesn't want Israel to end military aid. 3) There are many types of warfare and you cannot compare a conventional war - a urban warfare palestians fight or fighting an enemy thats mobile and well armed in their own home turf as with Hizbollah. Hizbollah are also armed with alot more than primitive weapons thanks to Iran. They have the latest anti tank rockets even UAVS which they try to use as a poor mans guided missile. Israel mistakenly went to fight on their homeground where they know every bush & dirt road and a man whilst a man with an anti tank rocket can hide behind a bush a tank cannot. The failure in Lebanon was mainly the politicians trying to micromanage the war and ignoring the officers on the ground because they thought they knew better.
