I have read some of his report, but it will take time to read it all. I think that an International peacekeeping force should be sent into Gaza to assist with rebuilding, infrastructure, law and order, provision of healthcare and utilities, and for the distribution of supplies. All borders should be opened, with the peacekeeping force controlling the borders, and escorting delivery trucks. If this is successful, their role could be extended into the West Bank. Just my thoughts, anyhow.
