This is a national disgrace! Go find the budget for a team of 100 lawyers! Cut the crap! Israel cannot be allowed to become a pariah state where it's officials are scared to travel. This is exactly what Israel's enemy wants, to make Israel appear as an isolated pariah that is less safe for Jews. Stop handing them 1000 victories by Israeli incompetence, arrogance and more. Get it together and deal with this issue already. I live in the UK, I've written to my MP about this recently (waiting for a response), however that doesn't mean that the Israeli government, years after this phenomenon has begun, can still be so impotent and incompetent so as not to have made a team and a strategy beyond "Don't go anywhere outside of Israel, it's now the ultimate ghetto".

Like the media war , Israel is well behind. More must be done to counter these vexatious litigants who use the legal system to plague. Pretty hopeless state of affairs. Israelis must be able to travel normally. Counter-suits would be good too. I mean , even the most hardened Israel basher surely wouldn't have us believe that its all Israel's fault? But can't afford to scrounge up a legal team to defend our government from lawsuits? Why does EVERYTHING have to be learned the hard way in this country? What will it take before you get serious -- the arrest and conviction of a minister because he didn't have adequate representation? As a law student about to start his international law course I'd be happy to do some pro bono work performing basic research tasks - and I'm sure I'm not the only one. But the government needs to take initiative and utilise the resources in our country. Failing to do so is just asking for a disaster.

To my newbie lawyer, your country committed an international crimes against the humanity in Gaza by killing over 1600 civilian locked up in very crowded territory with no option to avoid or escape the war zone most of them are women and children .More than 5000 wounded and 400,000 were left without running water, while 4,000 homes were destroyed or badly damaged, leaving tens of thousands of people homeless; 80 government buildings were hit including the UN facilities that were full of refugees and this is well known to the whole world.. I hope when you finish your international law courses, your mind will open up and understand better the international law. Israel always neglects international laws and never signs up any human right or war treaty as far as I know. Don’t you ask your self why? As far as the American veto is there and ready at the UN so who care about international law. These laws are for weak countries like Sudan, Somalia etc… Israel is above the law, Israel is special. Good luck with your search this might prevent future disaster.
