I admit that something about this meat story smells fishy, however, let's try to be objective and judge our fellow Jew favorably. Firstly, Reb Yell, it doesn't say he left stinking meat; he left frozen meat which was supposed to be recovered before it thawed. And, Ken, since he wanted to recover the meat before it thawed it is possible he was going to sell it for dog food, since that is often what Kosher meat dealers do with their unkosher by-products, etc. In conclusion, let's prefer to believe a fellow Jew over the often-hateful goyim.At least wait til all facts are in.

I think its really a shame he didn't give it away before it rotted. SD is not a state of wealthy people. Its really a shame it all went to waste, especially when there is so much unemployment. There is no excuse for name calling based on religion no matter how much someone's actions (or lack of action) stinks up your town.

One explanation might be that the plant was sending off really bad vibes, so that the owner or other other workers didn't want to go back in there. I'm sure the plant in Postville has effect also. Where are the supervisors when these places are getting so bad?
