4. Actually, Goldstone called the Palestinians "war criminals"
It's very clear that Goldstone was more than slightly biased in his coverage. At the same time, he found it hard to cover up the Palestinians acts, and here is his conclusions:
"From the facts available, the Mission finds that the rocket and mortars attacks, launched by Palestinian armed groups in Gaza, have caused terror in the affected communities of southern Israel and in Israel as a whole. Furthermore, it is the Mission's view that the mortars and rockets are uncontrolled and uncontrollable, respectively. This indicates the commission of an indiscriminate attack on the civilian population of southern Israel, a war crime, and may amount to crimes against humanity."
What does this mean? It means that Goldstone recognizes not just 8 years of Palestinian war crimes, but he points out that indiscriminate attacks against Israeli citizens are indeed war crimes.
This means, of course, that not just Hamas, but Palestinians under Arafat (and Fatah) have been carrying out war crimes for decades.
Brutal, horrific war crimes with every suicide bombing, car bombing, shooting and throat-slitting documented and ready for the prosecution.
It's time for the pro-Palestinian lobby to wake up and admit their guilt: Palestinian leaders must be put on trial for war crimes.
