Whether you like it or not....currently Jerusalem is under Israeli control. The UN has no jurisdiction or legal right to call the shots on the ground in Jerusalem (or anywhere else is Israel for that matter). Both sides should be allowed to worship in a peaceful manner. If Muslims want to incite...bring on the 3rd Intifada, and once it is put down Israel should raze Al-Aqsa and immediately begin construction of the 3rd Temple.
