won't be disallowed to participate in future competitions the way our college solar housing experts were in Spain because he's Israeli. And incidentally, we do have an orthodox Jewish (professional) boxer, scheduled to battle for the championship of the junior welterweight division against, would you believe, a champion whose origins are Palestinian. The fight will take place in Great Britain unless, of course, more of those righteous liberals decide that an orthodox Jew who is proud of his roots cannot compete. Actually they get to see the cube BEFORE being blindfolded.
Still, to memorize the configuration in a few seconds is very impressive (more than solving the cube).
