Has the left woken up and smelled the coffee yet? Have the American Social Republic State Department realized that these people do NOT want peace? This is why we have roadblocks and a security fence,,,, Duh!

observer   (10.25.09)
why hiding? he is army soldier against a civilian 21 YO woman. But Ynet couldn't but pick the word terrorist. how a civilian is expected to practice law-granted resistance against an army soldier of an internationally recognized occupation force? by nail scratch?
8. the right to popular resistance against military occupation
observer   (10.25.09)
The struggle against illegal occupation by the people of a country using "all necessary means at their disposal" has been supported by several United Nations resolutions that reflect the overwhelming consent of the international community. Resolution 2908 (1972) for example, which included this language, was adopted by 99 votes for, to 5 against, and 23 abstentions. Perhaps most clearly United Nations' Resolution 2625 (24 October 1970), reflecting principles of customary international law, clearly states that people fighting against an illegal occupation "are entitled to seek and receive support." The statutory argument in article 2 of the indictments (concerning transgressions against the laws on conducts of war) at the Nuremberg Tribunal was based upon the Den-Hague International Convention of 1907. Article 6 (b) of the Tribunal's rules relies upon articles 1 and 2 of the accompanying letters of the said Den-Hague Convention, which particularly lie down the right to popular resistance against military occupation, within the occupied territories themselves, as well as outside them.

Barney ,   USA   (10.26.09)
be taken away and never heard from again. like in the movie casino-there are lots of holes in the desert. the palis minds are poisoned with hate from the age of toddlers as witnessed by the tv shows that use puppet like characters and children to demonize the Jews and promote their killing as a duty to allah. therefore why try to argue with a sick mind? simply eliminate it.

speach fading, pali woman usually carry knives? yep they can't cover that one.
14. to #8 lol excuses for criminal activity
ghostq   (10.26.09)
you can hide the fact that a woman carried knife in order to hurt other human being, no matter what excuse you will come up with, typical cause palis never took responsibility for harming other human beings, demonizing the other side won't change anything, it's easy to blame Israel but what about this initiative for violence, mmm not peacfull people r you. just stop whining.
15. idiot #7. it was a SECURITY GUARD!
ari ,   israel   (10.26.09)
my brother is his co-worker and watched the entire scene from 2 meters away! The GUARD came to take a WEAPON from her. she had the entire thing planned and as he approached her she pulled out another knife,(this one being concealed and stabbed him in the gut. Who is the victim here ?!?!?you are such a piece of filth but in the end you will get exactly what is coming to you.

It doesn't seem to be necessary for you to check the original UN resolution 2625 in order to realize that your quotation is not in this UN resolution. If the UN condemns Israel it is worth quoting it, if it does not it is a just an instrument of the USA. Selective perception....
17. to #16 not just perception
ghostq   (10.26.09)
but memory as well, they also inventing facts, hoping none else will remember.
18. #14 lol forgets that criminal activity has its basis
jerusalem   (10.26.09)
an army soldier isnt "other human being" but collateral damage that are at the state f israel's disposal. this specific soldier has also added collateral damage (against the palestinians) that are at the state of israel's disposal. what is so "human" of them--the way they look? have you ever been to this particular checkpoint? "this initiative for violence" as you call it has other initiatives for violence that have been begun by israeli forces(VERY peaceful people, btw). simply consider this revenge. i dont see where telling you that its your legal right to defend yourself and including the rightful articles an illustration of whining (#8). but hey, lets all blame israel (the "victim") since it happens to be by chance an occupying force, the only occupying force in the world as a matter of fact. if you dont like that, then just exterminate or deport them already and stop with the under-the-table means of getting rid of them since it damages Israel's image and also lengthy.
