1. Way to go ynet!!!
Jew ,   Israel   (10.25.09)
You did your research and found another Rabbi suspected of breaking the law. I was a bit disappointed yesterday when I heard about a Rabbi who got a speeding ticket but it was not published on your front page. Way to keep all the crimes the seculars commit out of the headlines. Good work!!!
2. If only becoming a rabbi were so easy
observer   (10.25.09)
but it ain't - not in haredi circles anyway. It takes years of unrelenting gruelling study. Certainly not the domain of someone running operations in any organisation.
3. Act like a rabbi
R   (10.25.09)
If a regular guy demanded that your mom/daughter/wife cross the street and she refused, and then he sprayed her with mace, you'd be happy if the police did their job and arrested him. If you're a rabbi, then act like one, instead of like some street hood.
4. "Rabbi Kreus never laid a hand on anyone and has never

taken part in any violent act whatsoever." Just like the Haredi mother never starved and abused her children. How hypocritical and in denial can these people be?
5. How Dare She
Azamat ,   Egypt   (10.25.09)
Just who does she think she is. If she is told to do something, she does it. If he says cross the street, then she crosses the street. She should be the one going to jail.
6. How Dare She
Azamat ,   Egypt   (10.25.09)
How dare she disobey him. She deserves to be locked up, not him. If he says cross the street, she crosses the street. She is lucky all she got was mace and not the back of a hand.
7. #1 Jew, Israel

"Way to keep all the crimes the seculars commit out of the headlines." Well, lets just say you either don't read newspapers or ignore what is written there. Or maybe you live in some other country where very little is published about Israel. Or maybe you just have no comprehension of the English language, or the Hebrew language. Whichever way is correct, your comment was so ridiculous I had a good laugh.

Oh? Is that how it is where you are from? Where is that place again....Egypt? Riiight, equal rights for all there.
9. If the police wanted to arrest him for the riots
Rebecca ,   Modiin   (10.25.09)
I'm sure they could gather enough evidence. But what exactly is an "Operations Officer"? Morality police. Unfortunately Eda Haredit has proved that it does not respect the law, and as such, when the law has to be applied to them, no quarter can be given. We saw that with the "starving mother" case. Eda Haredit interfered with the processes of law constantly. If they cant behave within a society they should all move to a totally secluded place far away from other people.
10. Mace is illegal
Michael Davison ,   Ra'anana. Israel   (10.26.09)
The possession of Mace by a private individual is illegal in Israel, so this "rabbi" already broke the law just by having Mace in his possession. As a civilian, not a member of the security or defense establishment, he has no authority to "order" anyone to do anything. Who died and left him boss?
11. Response
Richard ,   United States   (10.26.09)
Yes, Azamat...excellent view there. I guess the world is so lucky as long as nobody from your culture, and with your views, has any power position to enforce this anti-social, twisted, perverted view. You think it is OK, "in the name of religion", to abuse and disrespect women. Well, you should not expect any decent person, in the world, to respect you, given this perverted mentality.
12. deport him to Tehran where he belongs
Avi ,   Israel   (10.26.09)
Maybe he is not aware but this country has a system of law. First of all it is an offense to carry a mace, it is an offence to use it in an unprevoked attack and it is not allowed for this person to order a woman to cross the road based on his so called religious principles. This man should be put in a cage where he belongs with a sign "do not feed this man is dangerous" where will it all end, will he attacking women in tel aviv next for the horrendous crime of walking on the sidewalk?
13. ALL NKarta should be transported
malkeinee out   (10.26.09)
to Stamford Hill or Vienna where their traitor 'pals' are. Just get 'em outta here ,thanks.
14. To Number 11
Azamat ,   Egypt   (10.26.09)
There is no abuse, or disrespect. We are talking about women here. Women have their place and must respect that. They are not people, just things. If my dog disobeys me, I beat it, what's the difference ?
15. I'm glad you're talking as a mat, clown.
women   (10.26.09)
We wipe our feet on you all the time.

Azamat - I cannot believe you live in the year 2009, when I read your message it makes me think that someone wrote it in the Stone Ages, where you, respectfully, seem to belong, together with your abusive propaganda. Very nice culture, I have to say: "if my dog disobeys me, I beat it". I hope the day will come when women will be beating you up, just the way you write about beating them. Probably, however, they will not do that, because they have a thousand times more class, than you, with all your cheap propaganda. Maybe women should start beating you, guys, when you don't obey - after all, where is it written that the woman has to obey the man and not the other way around? Nowhere, that is the product of your perverted social system.
