1. It feels good...
Marco ,   Spain   (10.28.09)
that Israel for a change is the crybaby running to the U.N complaining. I used to remember times when it was the other way round. It seems that Israel is getting a taste if its own medecine. lol
2. #1 OK Sicko
Cynthia ,   USA   (10.28.09)
When was it the other way around? When did Israel fire katyusha rockets into Lebanon to provoke a conflict? When did Israel fire kassam rockets into Gaza to provoke a conflict? You have selective memory. You only remember what fits your anti-Israel propaganda. This is Lebanon's fault for allowing terrorists to launch attacks against Israel.
3. to 1 Does your hypocrisy ever end?
The Dude   (10.28.09)
I find it amusing, you now say Israel is a 'crybaby' at the UN. Isn't this exactly what all the anti-war demonstrators demand that Israel do in such a case? That Israel go to the UN make a formal complaint and then have some kind of (non binding) action from that organization? Are you saying that it's wrong for Israel to go about complaining? I guess then Israel has only one response that it can take according to Marco... to take action and bomb Lebanon to smithereens... instead of just being a crybaby about it... and since you're so brave maybe you volunteer to fight when the next war breaks out?
4. UN Action
DT ,   TA Israel   (10.28.09)
After the failure of the Goldstone report the UN have now decided to fire rockets!
5. UN wil do nothing. But Marco's friends in Spain did manage
Bunnie Meyer ,   Los Angeles, CA USA   (10.28.09)
to blow up some trains so he does know something about terrorism and takes a bicycle to work to be safe.
6. leb army dismantles 4
jerome ,   Basalt, Colorado   (10.28.09)
which probably means that they also built 5 more
7. Israel has admitted that Hezbollah likely didn't fire rocket
Bloodyscot ,   Dallas, Texas   (10.28.09)
A small radical ex-Palestinian group most likely was paid to fire rocket and afew other in the last months. The question is who is behind it, al qaeda or radical Jewish group are at the top of the list since they are only ones who gain.
8. Lebanon's latest incitement
Barbara ,   Haifa Israel   (10.28.09)
It's about time that Israel decided not to be a "pincushion". Years and years of rockets on our cities and we did nothing. Now I am happy that if "they" shoot off a rocket at us, they get back twicefold or more. Like the school bully that pushes me once, I hit him back enough so he learns not to hit anyone anymore. But, here the problem lies. "Their" mentality is so hard brained and hard hearted that they remain bullies till their end.....
9. I've been reading Marco's posts on
Robert Haymond ,   Ashdod, Israel   (10.28.09)
Ynet for a long time. He never adds any information, never does research and never deeply analyzes situations, Probably, he is constitutionally unable to do anything which requires advanced cognitive thinking. But I do think he enters these Talkbacks in order to stir up and taunt those Israelis and friends of Israelis who really do wish to participate in informed discussion. The guy is a cretin and we really shouldn't pay him any mind.
10. #1 Marco
Phil ,   Ireland   (10.28.09)
So according to your logic, any country which has complained to the UN about israel up to now was a crybaby. That's the first time you made a statement supporting israel.
11. There was no siren because it is "neutralized" WHY?
Judah ,   Golan Heights,ISRAEL   (10.28.09)
Cn anyone please explain why the siren is "neutralized". I was working in Kiryat Shmona and there was no siren. Imagine if the katusha hit a house instead of an open field?
12. Love/hate the UN
Shlomo Kamra   (10.28.09)
Oh boohoo!! The little rocket went boom in the field, and scared .........someone! If you all hate the UN, and want to get out of it, why now are you screaming for UN Resolution 1559 and 1701 to be enforced?? Isn't this jewish double-standards? Or maybe they could not understand Shalev properly!
13. to #1 lol that what happen before cast lead
ghostq   (10.28.09)
14. #2 Cynthia the Martian!
Marco ,   Spain   (10.28.09)
Hey Cynthy baby, did you just drop in from Mars or what? Does it have to be a Katyusha or a Kassam to provoke a conflict? How about missiles fired by F16s, or artillary shells fired by Merkavas, dont they count?????
15. #Bloodyscot - sorry no Jews in apartheit-free Lebanon
rebecca ,   Modiin   (10.28.09)
It really does not matter who fired it, the country from which it was fired is responsible, and if it cannot control and stop attackes on its neibours, it should let the target sort out the problem for it. Obviously the UN cant.
16. to Marco
Barney ,   USA   (10.28.09)
if you want to see a crybaby look for a repeat of the leader of lebanon crying when the IDF powders his country for allowing rockets to fly from his territory. He cries while the mullahs laugh.
17. Sadly, the UN will act only once Israel does and it will do
Eitan ,   Qatzrin, Israel   (10.28.09)
so in the form of yet another "fact finding mission" aimed at finding enough evidence to supposedly support a pre-determined guilt verdict against Israel, e.g. the Goldstone Report.
18. ... and one more thing to add to my: I can't recall UN/s
Eitan ,   Qatzrin, Israel   (10.28.09)
single positive step it has ever made towards Israel the people whose nation-state is, the Jewish people, since 29 November 1947. Can you...??
19. #15 rebecca, Modiin
Marco ,   Spain   (10.28.09)
"sorry no Jews in apartheit-free Lebanon ". How about agents of the Mossad, isnt that a possibility Rebcca dear?
20. to Marco in response to Cynthia
Barney ,   USA   (10.28.09)
of course they count! fortunately they count because they hit their targets. If you want to be honest with yourself they only are used in retaliation. Israel does not provoke attacks because the mentality of Israel is not to hate everyone.
21. #9 Robert....Exactly!
Mark ,   Lodz, Poland   (10.28.09)
Marco is an anti-zionist, anti-semitic attention junkie. What really turns him on are responses to his drivel from level headed posters here endeavouring to enlighten him to facts. The replies that suit him best are censored. Have a nice day Robert Am Israel Chai!
22. #3 Dude
Marco ,   Spain   (10.28.09)
Israel wont dare over react because it knows very well that there is teeth on the other side of the fence.
23. #22 Other side of fence Marco
Cynthia ,   USA   (10.29.09)
Unemployed rabid dogs who have nothing better to do than terrorize Israel. Rebuilding of Lebanon after Hizbullah's fiasco in 2006 is still not complete in spite of billions of dollars forked out for this purpose. You would expect the Lebanese government to keep Hizbullah on a tight leash.
