Fire iranian rockets and mortars on hezbollah in the next round.Syria serial liar country-take it to the UN as violator of resolutions likewise hezbollah. Or contaminate weapons and send them on their way.
2. Forget about The World..
M. Hartley ,   Atlanta, US   (11.04.09)
Drag Ban Ki-moon's ass over there, show him the ship's cargo and ask him what he has to say about THAT!!
3. Iran doesn't deny aiding Hizbollah, so why proof??
Mohammad ,   Lebanon   (11.04.09)

farrokh ,   tampa   (11.05.09)
Iran should support any body who would fight the toothless dog(zionest).
5. I am really concerned about the timing of this arms ship
Ann   (11.05.09)
1. The west is awaiting Iran's reply 2. Goldstone's report is before the UN General Assembly 3. In a News conference, Syria's foreign minster stated that the ship didn't have any weapons. The west would know if the ship did contain arms, somebody is not telling the truth.
6. Israel has NO PROOF that shipment was to Hezbollah
Paco ,   Lebanon   (11.05.09)
even ... the freaking crew of the ship didnt know about the shipment and where they were heading. its nice to see how Israel modifies/manipulates the news these days to fit them in ANY Scenario it wants. Iran to Syria arm shipment = legal cough* ... wait no Syria is a terrorist nation as well as Lebanon, Hezbollah Group, Palestine and iran too. Every nation representing/acquiring a superpower status is a threat to the ISraeli state
7. Handle this ship with care
John ,   Boise, Idaho USA   (11.05.09)
This ship would make a valauble museum piece for scuba divers and an aid to the marine and coral fish population. The best thing would be to carefully preserve it at the bottom of the ocean by sinking it-crew and all.
8. Send them back by shooting them to where they came from...

Splendid idea. The problem is that this sniveling poor excuse for a Secretary General cannot even bring himself to address the issue of a nuclear North Korea, he's so bloody focused on Israel and imagined transgressions. The fool is South Korean. I guess that the Islamofascist countries are just paying him money too significant for him to ignore, even when the REAL threats to the world land right in his front yard (I say "front" because Pyongyang is north of his home in Seoul). Sad, isn't it, what people do for purely pecuniary benefit?
10. Good catch, Israel.
Samuel Prime ,   Canada   (11.05.09)
Good job catching the thieves working surreptitiously in the dark.
11. Start acting Mr. Prime Minister!!!
Israeli 2   (11.05.09)
We all know that you are right. Just do it!! Take on Iran, Syria, Hizbollah and Hamas at the same time. Israel can do it easily and we all know it. Just do it and finish this matter up once and for all.
12. Turn the table
Jared ,   USA   (11.05.09)
Turn the table; what would happen if Iran seizes an arms ship bound to Israel?
13. Weapons were going to Syria, so Syria had the choice
Bloodyscot ,   Dallas, Texas   (11.05.09)
While Israel most likely right, there is no prove that these weapons were going to terrorist. Israel admits it boarded a ship outside its waters (near Cyprus) and not taking it to nears port. If Syria had gave the weapons to its army would it have been legal? There is already too many pirates on the open seas and this could lead to more and could lead to arms race in building navies to protect shipping. Israel took a risk on this action but thought it was need to help counter Goldstone report.

15. The most disruptive force in the Israeli-Arab conflict is...
Ron B. ,   Lod   (11.05.09)
The most disruptive force in the Israeli-Arab conflict is Iran. Yet international attention is focused on Israel. The pressure on Iran to contain its nuclear program is totally ineffectual, but it is at least visible. There is no international pressure at all on Iran to withdraw its tentacles from the Palestinian territories, and to stop using Hamas and Hezbollah to torpedo any movement towards peace barely as soon as it begins. Meanwhile all the pressure in the world on Israel is not going to halt the forces trying to destroy it and push the world towards a global catastrophe whose reach will far exceed the Middle East. 16. #6 Be patient Paco/Marco
Cynthia ,   USA   (11.05.09)
Israel's investigative work has just begun. 36 containers of weaponry packed carefully in nicely marked boxes enroute to Hezbollah from Iran will take time to inventory. Weapons Israel seized from Hezbollah fighters during the Lebanon War had Iranian markings. Iran has earned superterrorist status by posing a global threat.

20. JEHOWAH WILL BACK ISRAEL AND PRESSURE IRAN !!!.
Arn-Orao. ,   Sweden-Srbia.   (11.05.09)
BUT JEHOWAH WILL NOT ACT AND DO WHAT ISRAEL CAN DO HERSELF !!!. NEITHER WILL JEHOWAH ACT THROUGH THE WORLD AND THROUGH THE WORLD DO WHAT ISRAEL CAN DO HERSELF !!!. SO - ??? Arn-Orao.
21. NUMBER 6.
Arn-Orao. ,   Sweden-Srbia.   (11.05.09)
SO WHAT DO PACO SUGGEST THEN ???. DO PACO THINK IT WAS TO BE GIVEN THE MEDITERRAINIAN SEE ??? its nice to see how Israel modifies/manipulates the news these days to fit them in ANY Scenario it wants. LIKE THIS - its nice to see how Paco modifies/manipulates the news these days to fit them in ANY Scenario He wants. FURTHER - even ... the freaking crew of the ship didnt know about the shipment and where they were heading. SO WHAT - WE KNOW WHERE THEY WHERE HEADING. Arn-Orao.

Maybe Ban focuses on the ME to keep from having to deal with the situation at home. If it didn't involve human beings, sometimes I don't know whether to cry, rave/rant, or laugh myself silly over the fact that l'il ol' Israel with not even 7 million people can make most of the world froth at the mouth, and go off the deep end by doing not much more than just being. Let it finally and after years of bombardment defend itself and logic goes out the window and no stone remains unturned until there's "proof" that Israel incited an attack in the first place; that, too, and of course, just by being. This may be a theological question, but if I talk that wrong-half of mine into converting, will I become imbued with the ability to make everybody in my life stark-raving crazy just standing around???? Right now, I have to work at it :-)
24. Paco, Lebanon
abe link ,   San Juan Puerto Rico   (11.05.09)
Yes, Paco from Lebanon, Israel has not proof that shipment was for Hizbollah. They were for Diseneyworld, and Mickeymouse is still waiting for them to play with. You are invited to join the fun. Regards

The principal thing that makes Judaism unique and different from every other religion is that it has no hierarchical structure. It's essentially every congregation and the rabbi they choose -- an upward flow, not imposed top-down. All religions are comprised of two aspects -- the spiritual, or what you believe, and the ritual, or what you practice. Judaism is spiritually unified -- all Jews believe the same thing. The differences are all ritual -- some Jews keep kosher, others do not, and so forth -- different degrees of observance. Quite different from Christianity, which has many manifestations with significant dogmatic differences. Even Islam has major schisms. Judaism -- a plain vanilla faith which requires individuals to actually think and not be told what to do, prizes education, and encourages compassion -- is truly unique. It is not so much a faith as it is a way of life. And it has remained pretty much the same since G-d first spoke to Abraham. Their is no concept of heaven or hell. No promises of a better "afterlife" to explain away the need to endure the unendurable in one's current existence. No threats of agonized writhing in flames for all eternity if we eat meat on Friday, and no promises of rivers of honey and 72 virgins if only we self-detonate on a crowded bus. That's what makes the world froth at the mouth. They are fearful of a faith that doesn't make false promises or threats, and which requires its adherents to think for themselves, and is so compelling to those who practice it, that over the intervening centuries, death has always been preferable to conversion.

That's a little harsh, John. The crew was not to blame and the vessel itself was not guilty of anything. The Iranian leadership and their terrorist proxies -- now, that's a different story. I think they would make a fine meal for sharks.
27. ship from Egypt.. how is that Iran?
James ,   London   (11.23.09)
The ship left a port in Egypt, how is that Iran?
