If somebody is a legitimate refugee who is in the country legally then they should have legal representation for issues that concern them directly and only on those issues that concern them. They should have no legal rights though other than humanitarian ones. The illegal foreign workers and their children who are in the country illegally looking for employment not because they are in fear of their lives if they go home they should not be entitled to any legal assistance for anything. They came into the country illegally looking for the good life so now they found it let them sort out their own problems with the deportation committee. They should not be entitled to any legal rights they should just be deported as quickly as possible.
