The law that requires the demolition of homes belonging to terrorists must be enforced regardless of the religion or ethnicity of the terrorist. The terrorist Teitel's family home must be destroyed and their welfare rights revoked to prove to the world that Israel does not have double standards.

When the government starts demolishing the homes of every single arab terrorist then the home of a jewish terrorist should be razed. Yaakov Teitel, just like anybody else accused of a criminal offense, has the right to be presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law, at a fair trial. Therefore it would be wrong, and most likely illegal, to demolish the house before Teitel has been tried. That said, if he is found guilty, then I would fully support the Government having the house demolished.
