The family plan a lawsuit against a man that is under suspicion. He has not been charged for any dismenour. Who is this Hani Balbisi to pass judgemnet on a innocent man ? Did his lawyer put him up to this ridiculas falsehood hoping to make money ?Yossi Greiber said several legal steps are being considered. He wants money Who is he going to sue?? Maybe the Balbisi family for non payment of fees...
4. the problem
(11.11.09)
The Israeli courts will probably agree that the Arab families deserve extra Bituach Leumi benefits as well as be allowed to sue Teitel who will stay in jail for the rest of his life On the other hand, they will find some reason while Jews can't sue anyone and in any case their murderers will be released
5. Terrorist Victim Civil Suits
Donna Diorio ,   Dallas TX USA   (11.11.09)
In the U.S. we have allowed families of victims of Palestinian terror attacks in Israel to sue individuals and organizations tied to terrorism. Sometimes it is the only justice that can be awarded these victims because juries in criminal proceedings often will not convict terrorists who explain away their murders with ideological justifications. A terrorist is a terrorist is a terrorist - regardless of what religion or anti-religion mindset produces the terrorist.
6. to Eric 2,

Eric, I have read more than one here, and yes they Do deserve more than an article, the true reality (for me) is not what we already know (that there have been so many Jews murdered by Arabs), but that the enemy is within, is one of us.. he killed Arabs, yes, but worse he also killed Jews. don't forget about that! nobody has the right to kill anyone (Jews, Arabs, Christians, Atheists or whatever) based on their bigoted thoughts or ideologies, and this act is only a sign of weakness for us the Jews, no more no less. If you read this article beyond the lines, it tells more of us than what you imagine. sadly. have a nice day
7. #2 ur point is...?
(11.11.09)
and just in case you don't think I know I do but... you need to remember that Israeli survivors and the surviving families of victims of terror receive financial support from the National Insurance Institutue (NII aka Bituach Leumi)
8. #4 oh for goodness sakes ur ignorance is showing!
(11.11.09)
and along with your ignorance your racism is showing too! Israeli families who have survived terror or have lost family members to terrorism sue all over the world in the United States and at the Hague so really why shouldn't this family sue too!
9. Why isn't there a cry...
Mikesailor ,   Miami, FL   (11.11.09)
for the razing of his house? If he was Palestinian, his home would have already been bulldozed. As to suing, good luck. You can't 'foreclose' on his house because it already sits on stolen land. So, what financial recompense are you going to get?
10. Teitel killed Arafat!
Moti Gur ,   TA, Israel   (11.11.09)
Investigate that too!
11. to #9 he got american citizenship
ghostq   (11.11.09)
care to take him back? he came from your lovely country.
12. Teitel lynched before the trial!
Eric ,   Israel   (11.11.09)
I think Mr Teitel has not been judged yet, he deserves a fair judgment. He is lynched by the medias, only professional judges can decide, not the public or the medias. It is scandalous! Every Jew here asking for his blood, I did not see you that bloodthirsty when it is an Arab who murders a Jew!
13. #11 that's the ticket send the criminal back 2 Ah!merica...
(11.11.09)
just like the Cubans did when they sent the Marialitos to the States!
