The United States has spent tens of millions of dollars to build a training camp in Jericho and teach military skills to Fatah militia forces. Its initial training was a dismal failure as the well-armed Hamas militia pulverized Fatah in the militia war leading up to the Hamas takeover in Gaza. The U.S. has continued to pump money and advisors into training Fatah, which has deployed hundreds of armed policemen in Jenin and Shechem. The time has come for the PA security forces to halt all cooperation with the IDF and the Shin Bet. Why should the PA cooperating when all these years of security cooperation have achieved NOTHING from Israel in return except MORE settlements than ever before?

Israel can arrest anyone and hold them for as long as they want.
They most likely ran across part of one of Israel's spy rings and Israel need to find out how much them knew.
With the weak UN and US Congress in it pocket Israel if free to do want it whats.

Are these administrative detainees going to be granted trial by judge/jury or both? In democratic countries, those detained are granted a trial. There are over 1000 administrative detainees being held in Israeli jails who have not been granted that fundamental democratic right and have not heard of the crimes they committed, if any.
Or is there a prerequisite, such that you must be Jewish in order to be granted this?

Was the Red Cross able to visit him. You dare talk about democracy? If you publish in the West Bank a note that cricizes Abbas, or in Gaza a notethat critices Hamas, you might end up in prison without a trial. You demand from Israel what you dont get from any arab country. You are pathetic.
