the qassams were aimed at the general area of sterot a civilian population ...designed to terrorize ... and occasionaly landed on homes and schools.... they were not aimed at military targets.... if there was a militant terror group near your city doing the same thing and one those rocket drop into the back yard where your childern were playing.... you would be the first to ask your government to make sure it never happened again.
