On the one hand we read about beautiful shops being built in Beirut to attract ME and European shoppers. While some Lebanese are working to rebuild Lebanon, Hezbollah threatens to destroy it. This ticking bomb, now an integral part of the Lebanese government, destroys Lebanon from within. A healthy economy for Lebanon requires a peaceful border with Israel.

The official govt. of Lebanon just gave formal sanction, "carte blanche", to any behavior by Hezbollah. When that group finally forces Israel to begin turning Lebanon into a parking lot, there will be a great many Lebanese thinking back on this bit of mindlessness. Amazing.

If after spending 1000 human shields the Lebanese population doesn't fear us, then we did something wrong in 2006. Since Hezbollah is now a part of Lebanese government, each and every Lebanese might become a human shield. Human shields don't have human rights.

The only way to nuetralize Hezbollah is: 1) Israel should withdraw from the Shebaa farms, the Lebanese half of Ghajar village and the hills of Kfarshooba 2) Israel should accept the right of the Palestinians living in Lebanon to return to their homes in occupied Palestine. 3) Israel should give up its ambition to steal Lebanese water resources. 4) Israel should respect Lebanon's sovereignty, i.e Israel should never ever again intrude into Lebanese land, sea or air. 5) Israel should give the Palestinians their full rights including a West Bank and Jerusalem free of Jewish settlements. 6) Israel should pay full compensation to the Lebanese for destruction caused ever since the creation of this criminal entity. Then and only then Hezbollah will disarm. Until then, Hezbollah will always be your worst nightmare.
